A reminder is still pending
Public beta reminders are prepared and verified before they start. The app shows the current setup stage. You will not receive alerts until the reminder is active.
I did not receive an email
Confirm your delivery address in Settings, check that email notifications are enabled, and send a test email. Also check spam or promotions folders.
A check failed
Open the reminder to see the latest status. Public websites can change or become temporarily unavailable. Persistent failures are reviewed using the recorded run details.
Contact support
Email support@ainotify.me with the reminder title and approximate time of the problem. Never send your password or session token.
