This policy is operated by ZC and is effective July 21, 2026. It is governed from Ontario, Canada.
Data we collect
We store your account email, authentication records, reminder descriptions, generated scripts and dependencies, execution results, diagnostic logs, and notification delivery records. Google sign-in also provides a verified email and basic profile information.
How we use data
We use this information to authenticate you, prepare and run your daily checks, send requested alerts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Ai Notify uses infrastructure providers to host the service and Resend to deliver account and reminder emails. A reminder script may access the public source needed to perform the check you requested.
Retention and deletion
Run and notification records are retained while your account exists so you can understand what happened. Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security and reliability. You can permanently delete your account and associated product data from Settings. Limited security records may be retained where required to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
- Pause or delete individual reminders.
- Disable reminder emails or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
- Change and verify your delivery address.
- Permanently delete your account.
